Your online quoting platform is very easy and once client is ready to bind the process is quick. My only issue is when I need to bind a commercial policy, I get the client on the phone so they can provided me their credit card infomation, but the system does not allow for a business name, so I put part of the name has a first name & remainder as a last name. This seems to work so far but is there a way to have an option to add a business name for commercial accounts?
